Volume Two of this two-part series, an approach to jazz improvisation for the beginning player, with copious exercises plus a wealth of compositions with rhythm section. The entire volume is based on the Mixolydian mode; all chords used are dominant 7th chords. Includes a 56-page music book with full instructions, exercises and compositions for C, B-flat, E-flat, and Bass Clef instruments, and a compact disc with the rhythm section on the left channel with melodies and solos on the right channel. By lowering the right channel you remove the recorded solos, enabling you to play along with the rhythm section.
