Arrangement for viola and piano in A-minor (original version for violin and piano). Lionel Tertis gave the first performance of his transcription of Ireland’s Violin Sonata No. 2 in 1918, with the composer at the piano, and it remained a mainstay of his recital programs for the rest of his career.
